Business Development Executive

WHAT YOU'LL DO📌

1. Develop new business opportunities and client relationships

2. Assist with client meetings, proposals, presentations, and follow-ups

3. Coordinate with Architecture, Interior & CGI teams

4. Support sales strategies and achieve business targets

WE'RE LOOKING FOR🔍

1. 2-5 years' experience in BD, sales, or architecture / design

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Proficient in English & Mandarin

4. Proactive, organized, and team-oriented

5. Existing network in property, architecture, construction, or hospitality

6. Knowledge of the Malaysian property market
