Salary: PKR 50,000–70,000 + Attractive Commissions
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Overview: IT Rockers seeks a results-driven business development executive with hands-on experience in freelance marketplace bidding, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: Manage bidding and submit proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, and People Per Hour.
Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
Write compelling proposals and negotiate project terms.
Convert prospects into clients and build long-term business relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Track bidding performance and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant business development experience.
Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
Must have access to previously managed Upwork profiles to demonstrate relevant experience and bidding history.
Strong proposal-writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and secure projects.
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on business growth.
