Business Development Executive – Home Healthcare

MRod Healthcare is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with previous experience in the Home Healthcare sector in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and corporate partners, generating leads, and supporting the growth of our healthcare services across Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Previous Business Development / Sales experience within a Home Healthcare setting is required.
• Good understanding of the Dubai/UAE healthcare market and home healthcare services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads and develop new corporate and referral partnerships.
• Must have own UAE residence visa.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and actively develop new business opportunities.
