Salary: £30,000 salary & £65,000 predicted first year OTE (Uncapped)

The Role

As a Business Development Executive , you’ll be the driving force behind PHMG’s growth.

Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and creating new relationships with potential clients across the UK or US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and map market trends, competitors, and target industries.
• Identify key decision-makers within target organisations.
• Make the first contact with potential clients, setting the tone for their PHMG journey.
• Collaborate with the wider Sales and Music Production teams to organise tailored demo presentations.
• Drive new client acquisition and help grow our global brand.

💰 £30,000 basic salary , rising to £35,000 after 3 months of hitting target.
