Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads and close sales for our Web Development and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling, client follow-ups, and converting inquiries into projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate leads for website development, eCommerce, SEO, and digital marketing services
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Explain company services clearly and professionally
• Fix appointments for demo or consultation
• Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking
• Close small and medium web development projects

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Malayalam preferred)
• Experience in tele sales or IT sales is an advantage
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of websites and digital marketing is preferred
