Business Development Executive

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Identify and develop new customers
• Contact potential clients to build relationships, arrange and attend meetings, and increase company sales
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or units
• Conduct product presentations and implement effective sales approaches and strategies
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Develop new markets and increase market share

About you

• Minimum S1 degree from Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in B2B (Business-to-Business) sales in the industrial sector, particularly with Coreshield products, is preferred
• Strong interest in sales, highly motivated, and dynamic
• Good negotiation, selling, and communication skills
• Responsible and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English
