Business Development Executive – Corporate Gifting

Client: UAE-Based Corporate Gifting Company

Experience : 1 year minimum

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and client visits.
• Generate leads from corporate companies, event organizers, hotels, schools, and government and private organizations.
• Promote corporate gifts, customized gift sets, promotional merchandise, printing, and branding solutions.
• Prepare quotations, product proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to close sales.
• Build long-term relationships with procurement, HR, marketing, and event management teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Achieve a monthly sales target of ₹3,00,000 and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in corporate gifting, printing, promotional merchandise, or branding.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• A target-oriented attitude with a passion for business development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
