Business Development Executive (Female)

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new student leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Promote educational programs and consultancy services to prospective students.
• Guide students regarding course selection, admissions, and application procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, educational institutions, and business partners.
• Conduct follow-ups and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
• Attend educational events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and client communications.

Requirements:-

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Education Consultancy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Knowledge of the UAE education market is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Malayalam English proficiency is required , Hindi or other languages are an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
