Job Description: Business Development Executive (Female)

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: 20,00030,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Commitment Period: Minimum 2 years

Accommodation: PG accommodation available near the office location (not included in the package)

Role Summary

A rapidly expanding FMCG organization is looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to strengthen its B2B sales operations and expand its customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and other sources.
• Communicate with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Send quotations, catalogues, and product information.
• Follow up regularly with customers and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Experience in B2B sales, telesales, inside sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
