Handle inbound/outbound calls and convert prospective students
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions
Drive enrollment and revenue targets through consultative selling
Maintain regular follow-ups and strong student engagement
Address queries, objections and concerns professionally
Update student interactions and leads accurately in CRM
Collaborate with academic and sales teams to improve conversions
