Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to onboard IT clients exclusively for Permanent staffing in India. This is a 100% commission-based remote role with unlimited earning potential, ideal for professionals who understand the Permanent hiring model and have strong client connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard India-based IT clients for Permanent hiring requirements only
• Connect with HRs, TA Heads, and Hiring Managers for Permanent needs
• Generate requirements through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and referrals
• Share requirements with the delivery team and support closures
• Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat Permanent business

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Permanent IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales / BD
• Strong understanding of Permanent hiring lifecycle
• Existing network of IT hiring stakeholders is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and comfortable with a commission-only structure

Compensation:

• Attractive commission per C2H closure
• No cap on earnings
