Business Development Executive
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Bukit Merah
Basic Salary: $5000 - $7000
Entitled to Commission + Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Proactively source, pursue, and secure new accounts to achieve sales growth and revenue targets.
• Attend local and overseas conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand customer networks and generate leads.
• Handle incoming sales enquiries and convert opportunities into business accounts.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates with carriers, agents, and service providers.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain services.
• Established network and industry connections with carriers, agents, and customers.
• Independent and results-driven hunter with strong business development skills.
• Willing to travel overseas for business development activities.
