Business Development Executive (Freight Forwarding/Logistics)

Identify and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding, shipping and logistics, expanding the company's customer base across Southeast Asia, China, India and the Middle East.

Promote NVOCC services, sea freight, air freight, import/export, customs clearance, warehousing and transportation solutions to potential customers.

Leverage an existing portfolio of clients and industry contacts to drive immediate business development and generate revenue.

Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates and commercial terms, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure efficient shipment handling and high service standards.

Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

At least 4 years of

sales experience

in the

freight forwarding, shipping or logistics industry.

Established customer portfolio and proven ability to generate business in

freight forwarding or NVOCC services.

Good knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, customs regulations and shipping documentation.

Experience in sea freight and air freight sales, including pricing and rate negotiations.

Strong business development, communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
