Your key responsibilities will include:

• Explore new sales and business opportunities to expand our market.
• Develop existing customers and markets to achieve sustainable growth.
• Work with a collaborative team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Bring your initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills to overcome business challenges.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
• Be ready for domestic and overseas business trips and client site visits.
• Gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and international business while working in a dynamic industrial environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh Graduate from Engineering, Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Communication, or related fields.
• Internship experience in PLN, electrical, power, or engineering companies is highly preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment.
• Good command of English for business communication; advanced English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Willing to work in Jakarta & Cikarang.
• Available to join immediately.
