About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executive Interns. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to develop practical skills in lead generation, client communication, sales, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on business leads.
• Understand client requirements and communicate relevant company services.
• Assist in developing client relationships and identifying business opportunities.
• Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, and activity reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergrad students, freshers, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication is an advantage.
• Previous sales or business development experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

• Months 1–3: ₹5,000 per month.
• Months 4–6 (OJT): ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month.
