Business Development Executive – Logistics & Freight Forwarding

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to drive growth for our logistics and freight forwarding services. The ideal candidate will proactively target new accounts, expand service offerings with existing clients, and deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions aligned with our global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively canvas the market to identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities.
• Expand business with existing customers by upselling freight forwarding, cross-border, customs, and distribution services.
• Manage client relationships across all levels for both local and multinational accounts.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operational and procurement teams to deliver competitive, high-value solutions.

About you

• Minimum 3 years of commercial/sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Strong commercial drive, key account management, and excellent presentation skills.
• Professional command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel nationally or internationally as required.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
