Job Description

Join our Sales team and help expand Ekta Group s footprint across India. You will identify new business opportunities, pitch our integrated services, and build lasting client relationships in the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads in Security, FM, and Transport segments
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and tender documents
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate, institutional, and government clients
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report weekly/monthly targets
• Coordinate with operations for smooth new client onboarding
• Attend industry events, expos, and networking forums

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred
• 3-10 years of B2B sales experience in Security / FM / Staffing / Logistics sector
• Strong network of corporate, industrial, or institutional contacts is a plus
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Self-driven, target-oriented with high energy and resilience
