Business Development Executive (Manufacturing)

Job Info

• Basic Salary: Up to $3,800
• AWS + Variable Bonus
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:50am – 4:55pm
• Location: Joo Koon (Company transport provided from designated pick-up points island-wide)
• MNC specializing in surface treatment and plating solutions
• Regional travel opportunities within Southeast Asia

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales revenue and order targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners and key stakeholders.
• Generate new sales leads, expand distribution channels, and develop new customer accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations and follow-up activities.
• Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, RFQs and RFIs to secure new business opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Support marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, customer events, e-commerce activities and promotional campaigns.
• Participate in business development projects and other sales and marketing initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in precision stamping, plastic injection moulding, metal injection moulding, surface finishing, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, customer-focused and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia for customer visits, industry seminars and exhibitions.
