As a Business Development Executive – Microsoft Modern Workplace , you will drive business growth for AI (Copilot), Microsoft Security solutions, including Microsoft Defender, intune, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview, Agent365. You will engage with enterprise customers to identify their needs around AI, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management, and work with internal solution architects and Microsoft ecosystem partners to develop and close opportunities that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibility:

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on Services on Microsoft M365, AI and Security opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Microsoft teams to co-sell and co-develop customer engagement strategies.
• Promote and position Microsoft Workspace, AI and Security solutions, including Microsoft AI (Copilot),  intune, Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, Office 365), Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), Microsoft Purview (Compliance & Data Governance), and Microsoft Entra ID (Identity & Access Management).
• Partner with Pre-Sales Architects and Delivery Teams to develop proposals, solution designs, and pricing.
• Drive joint go-to-market activities with Microsoft, including customer workshops, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with other SoftwareOne business units (Cloud, Data & AI, Modern Work, Security, application) to deliver end-to-end Microsoft solutions.

What we need to see from you

• Experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably in familiar with Microsoft M365, Copilot, AI and cybersecurity or cloud security domains (no specific years required).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft’s M365 platform technologies, AI, Copilot, intune, Security stack, including Zero Trust architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft and other cybersecurity, compliance, and/or risk management transformation.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Experience working with Microsoft field teams or partner ecosystem is a plus.
• Commitment to inclusive, collaborative teamwork and continuous learning.
