BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (NTS RECRUITMENT) | $4,000–$5,000+ | COMMISSION

About the role

This is a Business Development Executive position focused on developing new business opportunities and acquiring corporate clients. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with companies requiring manpower solutions, source and manage clients with hiring needs primarily for Burmese workforce placements, and work closely with the recruitment team to fulfil clients' manpower requirements. You will drive business growth and have the opportunity to build a new division from the ground up while achieving sales and business development targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with companies requiring manpower solutions
• Source and manage clients with hiring needs, primarily for Burmese workforce placements
• Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfil clients' manpower requirements
• Drive business growth and have the opportunity to build a new division from the ground up
• Achieve sales and business development targets

About you

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Possess a valid CEI (Basic) certification
• Experience in Business Development within a local NTS recruitment agency
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently
