Business Development Executive (Open to Interns / Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities

• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders
• Create and implement data-driven strategies for client acquisition and business growth
• Generate and qualify new business leads through proactive outreach and networking
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market needs
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to track progress and support business decisions
• Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, or related field
• Knowledge of digital currency market and industry fundamentals preferred
• Knowledge of Hong Kong financial markets and regulations is a plus
• Passed HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or SFC Type 1 licensed preferred
• Proactive, strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with independent work ethic
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
