SOFTRUN

About SOFTRUN
We build custom operational systems for businesses in Qatar and the GCC, replacing spreadsheets, WhatsApp follow-ups and manual paperwork with simple web apps that give owners real-time visibility. We deliver fast, at a fair price, and we’re growing.
The role
You’ll visit businesses across Doha in person, introduce SOFTRUN, and book discovery meetings with the founder. Phone, email and LinkedIn support your visits, but face-to-face outreach is the core of the job. The founder handles demos and closing. You’re not expected to close deals or build anything technical.
What you’ll do

Research and shortlist companies in [2-3 target industries, e.g. construction, trading, services] across Qatar

Visit companies in person, supported by calls, emails, LinkedIn and networking

Qualify leads: a decision-maker, a clear operational pain point, and a real willingness to meet

Book discovery meetings and track every lead in a simple CRM

Complete [60-80] in-person business visits per month

Convert them into [10-12] qualified discovery meetings per month

During the 30-day trial: [30] visits and [5] qualified meetings

What we provide

A ready pitch script and talking points

A product demo and real client examples

A simple CRM and a starter lead list

Direct access to the founder for feedback and coaching

Compensation

Monthly allowance: QAR 1,000-2,000, based on experience

Commission: 20% of the first-year contract value on every closed deal, paid within 30 days of the client’s first payment

30-day trial: QAR 500-1,000 allowance while you ramp up, moving to the full allowance once targets are met

You’re a good fit if you

Hold a valid Qatar driving license and have access to a car for client visits

Are comfortable approaching business owners in person and holding professional conversations in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Are self-driven and can work independently

Have experience in telesales, lead generation or B2B sales (a plus, not a requirement)

Are based in Doha and legally eligible to take on part-time or freelance work in Qatar (e.g. NOC if you’re employed elsewhere)

Can commit around 15-20 hours per week
