Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements related to polymer compounding and provide technical solutions
Recommend suitable masterbatch, compounding, additives, or formulations based on application
Coordinate closely with the sales team to support business development and customer acquisition
Work with procurement/purchase team to source advanced raw materials globally
Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technologies
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events (India & international)
Provide technical support across industries such as:
Masterbatch
Paints & Coatings
Injection Moulding
Blow Film
PVC Pipes
Rubber
Wires & Cables
uPVC Windows / Profiles
chemicals
