Business Development Executive (Recruitment / HR Services)

Overview:

Dynamic Human Capital (DHC), part of Elitez Group of Companies (EGC), is a leading recruitment agency in Singapore, specializing in recruitment and manpower solutions across a wide range of industries, including IT, Healthcare and Engineering. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive (Recruitment & HR Services)!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment and manpower services
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and other business development activities
• Engage prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and introduce suitable recruitment solutions
• Arrange client meetings, present proposals and negotiate service agreements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct market research and identify potential industries, companies and key decision-makers
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, meetings and sales forecasts
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure clients’ hiring requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled
• Achieve individual sales and client-acquisition targets

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven, proactive and confident in engaging prospective clients
• Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation and client meetings
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in business development, sales, recruitment or HR consulting is an added advantage
