Location: Baner, Pune | Work From Office – 5 Days

Role Summary:
We are looking for a field-oriented Business Development Executive who can independently identify prospects, conduct physical client meetings and face-to-face pitching, present Digital Marketing, Branding & Employer Branding services, and convert prospects into clients.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong field sales and B2B client acquisition experience.
• Must be comfortable with physical meetings, face-to-face pitching and client visits.
• Strong understanding of the Pune business/market ecosystem and ability to identify potential local clients.
• Proven ability to generate leads, pitch services, negotiate and onboard clients.
• Revenue-driven mindset with ownership of sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across Pune for client meetings.
