Business Development Executive / Senior Executive

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Promote the company's tin can and metal packaging products to new and existing customers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements.

Generate new sales leads through networking, customer visits, referrals, exhibitions, and market prospecting.

Arrange customer visits, product presentations, and business meetings.

Prepare quotations, proposals, costing, and sales-related documentation.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with customers.

Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and after-sales services.

Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.

Participate in trade exhibitions, product launches, and marketing activities when required.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements.
