Business Development Executive (Servicing Role)

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant & Dealer Support:

• Provide continuous training, briefings, and support to both new and existing merchants/dealers.
• Attend to inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Market Monitoring & Reporting:

• Regularly update management on market trends, merchant feedback, and dealer performance.
• Generate weekly/monthly visitation plans and monitor dealer sales performance.
• Provide insights on competitor activities and overall market conditions.

Marketing & Brand Awareness:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
• Design, set up, and distribute POP (Point of Purchase) materials at merchant/dealer outlets.
• Support promotional events organized by manufacturers, merchants, dealers, or the company.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with own transport are encouraged to apply).
• Working Location: Kuala Lumpur [near MRT]

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
