BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (SMART LED LIGHTING)

About the role

We are looking for FEW dynamic and experienced Business Development to join our team at QLUX GROUP SDN. BHD. This full-time role will focus on driving new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the SMART IOT for Solar & LED Streetlight.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for SMART IOT LED and Solar LED Road Lighting at JKR, Town Councils , Highway Operators, Property Developers, M&E Consultants, Electrical Contractors and others.
• Conduct technical presentations and commercial negotiations with all levels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with the wider team to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials
• Provide feedback and insights to support the continuous improvement of our SMART IOT offerings

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the LED Lighting or building material & construction project management industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goal
• Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Technology
