Business Development Executive – Solar Energy

• Generate leads and convert them into solar rooftop / EPC projects
• Identify and connect with residential, commercial, and industrial clients
• Understand client energy needs and recommend suitable solar solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, site visits, and execution
• Drive negotiations and support project closures
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regular follow-ups

Who Should Apply

• Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation preferred
• Freshers with strong interest in sales and renewable energy can apply
• Prior exposure to solar / electrical / EPC industry is an advantage
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated individuals comfortable working independently
