Job Description

Brandix Soft is looking for motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) for our UK and US campaigns. The ideal candidates should be confident communicators with strong cold-calling skills and an interest in SEO and digital marketing services.

Available Campaigns & Timings

• UK Campaign: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• US Campaign: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the UK or US market.
• Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote SEO, digital marketing, website development, and related IT services.
• Understand client requirements and schedule qualified meetings or transfer prospects to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow up with potential clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing services.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and lead-generation skills.
• Target-oriented, motivated, and professional attitude.
• Previous experience in international cold calling or B2B sales will be preferred.
