- Develop and execute strategies to engage Architects, Builders & Interior Designers (ABIs) • Build long-term relationships with key influencers and decision-makers • Create a strong influencer network across regions • Drive specification of company products in large and premium projects • Guide team on effective product presentations and pitch strategies • Ensure early-stage involvement in projects for higher specification success • Lead and mentor Business Development Executives • Set activity targets (meetings, presentations, events) for the team • Conduct regular training on product knowledge and presentation skills • Monitor and strengthen project pipeline generated through influencers • Ensure proper tracking of projects and timely sharing with sales teams • Improve conversion potential by strategic engagement • Identify new markets, segments, and high-potential influencers • Strengthen presence in premium and institutional segments • Plan and Participate: Exhibitions and trade fairs • Enhance brand recall and preference among influencers • Analyze competitor activities, design trends, and market shifts • Provide inputs to marketing and product teams for innovation • Identify gaps and opportunities in the market • Review team MIS reports, project pipelines, and activity trackers
