About the role

DCA is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and identifying exciting opportunities for your business. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, networking, and securing new clients to expand the client base. We are in the business of Financial Advisory.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in the target market
• Cultivating and sustaining strong client relationships
• Educating clients on a diverse range of risk management products and services
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
• Ensuring client satisfaction through consistent follow ups and support
• Provide regular reports on your sales activities and pipeline

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a driven and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and with a team environment
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business or marketing
