BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HEAD

Leads the Business Development team in driving business growth and strategic initiatives, primarily focusing on marketing and collaboration with principals and the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Business Development Managers.
• Lead collaboration and strategic planning with principals and the Sales team.
• Oversee the planning and execution of business and marketing initiatives with principals.
• Provide primary leadership in Marketing, with secondary coordination in Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of management experience, preferably with a background in Sales and Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required.

Pay: Php85,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
