Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern at PT Victory International, you will support the marketing team in carrying out day-to-day marketing and customer engagement activities. You will gain hands-on experience in communicating with potential customers, supporting marketing campaigns, following up on leads, and helping the team build relationships with prospective clients.

You will also have the opportunity to learn about the financial services industry while supporting various marketing initiatives, both online and offline. This role is suitable for students or fresh graduates who are interested in developing practical marketing skills, gaining professional experience, and understanding how marketing activities contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Financial Services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with people through chat, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in financial markets, investment, or trading is an advantage.
• Willing to work as an intern at PT Victory International – Jakarta Kuningan.
• Good command of English is a plus.
