About IKIRU

IKIRU is a curated home décor and furniture marketplace working with 300+ manufacturers and artisans across India.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant products.
• Assist in lead generation and converting enquiries into sales.
• Maintain lead and follow-up records on Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Support the Business Development team in daily sales activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Interest in sales and business development.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
