AgriPay Commerce Technologies Private Limited is a growing commerce and payments company, with SocioLadder as its parent company. We work at the intersection of business, technology, and payments, collaborating with partners like Razorpay and Lavazza Coffee to help businesses grow and simplify their commerce journey.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll get hands-on exposure to business development, client acquisition, and market outreach.

• Identify and connect with potential businesses.
• Generate leads through calls, meetings, and field outreach.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Support sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Research markets, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the team on growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Comfortable with field-based sales and client interaction.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
