HiveStrat is a strategic HR consulting firm helping organisations improve people productivity, performance and business outcomes through data-driven people solutions. We also curate CXO-level leadership events, roundtables, conferences and workshops for senior business and HR leaders.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Business Development Intern with strong communication skills, confidence in conversations and a research-driven mindset. The primary focus will be supporting outreach for HiveStrat’s leadership events, identifying relevant delegates, speakers, partners and sponsors, conducting outreach, managing follow-ups and building a strong pipeline.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Delegate Outreach: Research and identify CXOs, CEOs, CHROs, HR Heads, Business Heads and senior leaders for upcoming events.

• Build targeted databases and conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and phone.
  - Personalise communication, generate interest, explain event value and drive registrations/participation.
• Manage follow-ups, confirmations, pending responses and attendee information.
  - Speaker, Partner & Sponsor Outreach: Identify potential speakers, sponsors and event partners; support outreach, meetings and coordination.
• Business Development: Research target accounts, identify decision-makers and support outreach for HiveStrat, STRIDE, Confluence and leadership workshops.
  - Event Coordination: Support pre-event delegate communication, attendee lists, internal coordination and on-ground event activities when required.
  - Maintain accurate lead, activity and follow-up data in the CRM.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong interest in Business Development, Event Management, B2B Outreach and Client Communication.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with professionals and senior stakeholders.

• Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and online research. Strong research skills, attention to detail, confidence, persistence and a proactive attitude.
• Students and freshers with a genuine interest in business development and events are encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

- This is not a certificate-only internship.
- You’ll work on live CXO-level events and business development requirements, gaining hands-on exposure to senior stakeholder outreach, delegate acquisition, speaker/sponsor outreach, B2B communication, lead generation, event engagement, CRM and stakeholder coordination.
