Business Development Intern

The Business Development Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team, particularly in Ready-for-Occupancy (RFO) documentation, contract management, payment verification, and utility-related coordination. This role is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience in business operations, documentation management, financial administration, and property-related processes.

• Ready-for-Occupancy (RFO) Documentation Assistance
• Contract Sorting and Scanning
• Payment Details Verification
• Meralco and Utilities Assistance

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any of the following fields:

  • Business Administration
  • Business Management or Management
  • Office Administration
  • Financial Management
  • Other related business courses

• Must be willing to work on-site at One Campus Place, Taguig City.

• Proficient in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office productivity tools.

• Has good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling documents and checking information.

• Possesses good written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to manage multiple administrative tasks and follow instructions carefully.

• Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn.

• Can work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively with the team.
