Roles and Responsibilities

To source clients to open Demat accounts with Pocketful through the open market,

Activate Demat & Trading accounts by providing product demonstrations.

Greet and guide customers to the appropriate channels based on their service needs.

Develop an understanding of the available products/services to answer customer queries and share brochures/forms with them.

Maintain a list of FAQs and proactively resolve customer queries.

Promote Demat & Trading accounts on Pocketful s digital platforms and guide customers through the process. Share information about new products available on digital channels.

Cross-sell other products as directed from time to time.

Ensure monthly sales and business targets are achieved.
