What they need
Role Summary
We are looking for energetic & confident Telecaller Interns who are willing to learn and start their career in Sales / Customer Support. No experience needed, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers from provided database
Explain products/services to customers in a clear manner
Handle customer queries politely over call
Generate leads and schedule callbacks for sales team
Maintain daily call records in Excel / CRM
Achieve daily calling & lead targets
Requirements
Fresher - Good communication skills in Hindi (English will be a plus)
Basic computer knowledge - Excel, Google Sheet
Confident, positive attitude & eager to learn
Must be punctual and regular
Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
