Business Development Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in our growth by engaging with prospective students, building a strong pipeline through digital channels and guiding learners toward the right programs. The role offers high ownership and rewards performance with attractive incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Student engagement. Connect with prospective students over calls to understand their learning goals and recommend suitable programs.

2. Lead generation. Identify and nurture leads through Whats App, Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

3. Relationship management. Maintain timely, professional follow-ups and support interested students through to enrollment.

4. Business growth. Contribute to the company's revenue goals by achieving monthly enrollment targets.

5. Reporting. Maintain accurate records of leads and pipeline activity, and share regular progress updates with the team.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Students or recent graduates keen on business development and sales.

2. Excellent English; Telugu or Hindi is a strong plus.

3. Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive, persuasive approach.

4. Familiarity with Whats App and social media platforms for outreach.
