Business Development Intern

➤ LOCATION: An Khanh ward, HCMC, Vietnam

➤ DURATION: 6 months - Fulltime

➤ RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collect project statistics from different Archetype offices.
• Review and filter project information based on defined criteria.
• Enter selected projects into the designated tool to build and maintain the project database.
• Coordinate with local offices to clarify missing or incomplete information.
• Input data into the Client Relationship Management (CRM) System (if required)
• Conduct online market research (if required).

➤ REQUIREMENTS

• Degree qualifications in either a related technical field or Business Administration, or substantial relevant industry experience supporting a Commercial/Business Development Department
• Previous internship or experience in data collection, market research, CRM management, or business development is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or other data management tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience in research, data entry, or administrative support is a plus.
• Basic time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage work time, and efficiently ensure that all administrative processes associated with Business Development (for example, maintaining the CRM) are efficiently undertaken.
• Advanced written and spoken communication skills including the ability to make clear and accurate translations where required.
• Strong results orientation and self-motivation.
• Advanced written and spoken English skills are also required.
