Business Development Intern - Staff Augmentation (Night Shift)

We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Intern / Associate Business Development Executive to join our team in the Staff Augmentation domain.

If you have a basic understanding of Staff Augmentation/IT Services sales or 4 to 6 months of hands-on experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you! We will provide complete guidance, hands-on mentorship, and training to help you accelerate your career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in lead generation and client outreach for Staff Augmentation services.
• Identify and connect with potential global clients (US/UK/EU markets).
• Assist in managing communication, follow-ups, and building client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal technical/recruitment teams to align software developer profiles with client needs.
• Research market trends and platforms for lead generation (LinkedIn, Email Outreach, cold calling/outreach).

Requirements

• Experience: Fresh Graduates with basic knowledge of Staff Augmentation OR candidates with 4 to 6 months of relevant experience.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Shift Availability: Willingness to work in the Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT).
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt fast, and grow in the IT industry.
• Basic understanding of IT terminology and developer skill sets is a plus.
