Business Development Lead

We are currently partnering with a leading law firm to hire an experienced US Business Development Lead. This is a strategic, client-facing role supporting the firm's global Energy & Infrastructure Project Finance practice.

Working closely with lawyers and stakeholders across regions, the successful candidate will help drive growth, identify new business opportunities, elevate the group's market profile, and lead a range of business development and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and execute business development and marketing strategies aligned with firm goals.
• Drive revenue growth through pitches, proposals, market research, and opportunity identification.
• Lead client development initiatives and strengthen relationships across key accounts.
• Coordinate events, thought leadership campaigns, sponsorships, and directory and award submissions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with global BD teams and lawyers to deliver strategic projects and initiatives.
