Business Development Lead - Mainframe Infrastructure (Germany)

Join HCLTech and lead the growth of our Mainframe Infrastructure Services business across Europe.

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Leader with a strong blend of Mainframe expertise, consultative selling, and client engagement experience. You will drive new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and help enterprise customers modernize and optimize their Mainframe environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and pipeline growth for Mainframe Infrastructure and Mainframe-as-a-Service offerings.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead client discussions, solution presentations, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create winning solutions.
• Manage strategic partnerships with IBM, BMC, Broadcom, and other ecosystem partners.
• Support RFPs, solutioning, and business growth initiatives across Europe.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of IT experience with strong Mainframe Infrastructure expertise.
• Proven success in business development, pre-sales, or consultative sales.
• Deep knowledge of z/OS, CICS, DB2, IMS, Mainframe Security, and Managed Services.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
