Build strategic partnerships and expand customer base through various marketing activities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies. Identify business opportunities and risks, and work with functional teams to develop and drive appropriate actions. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or science. Experience in marketing, sales, and/or product development roles. 5+ years of experience in metallization, plating, PCB, or electronics‑related industries. Experience in technology roles (R&D or Applications) is a plus. Competencies / Technical Skill Requirements Strong team player who is self‑motivated, with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically and logically. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate both business and technical information. Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Demonstrates resilience; is open‑minded and willing to learn. Able to travel frequently to OEM and customer sites domestically and across Asia (~50%). Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and ethical standards, and strong energy and passion for the role. Fluent in English and Chinese.
