Business Development/ Management Specialist

About the job

We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development & Client Partnerships Executive to help grow our design studio by generating leads, approaching prospective clients, building relationships and converting opportunities into projects.

Role & responsibilities

1. Identify and generate new business leads. 2. Reach out to brands, corporates, developers, agencies, hotels, malls and institutions. 3. Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn and networking. 4. Schedule meetings and present the company portfolio. 5. Assist with proposals, pitch decks and client presentations. 6. Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into projects. 7. Maintain a structured CRM and sales pipeline. 8. Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business. 9. Research new markets, RFPs, tenders and business opportunities.

Basic understanding of design/creative industries

Self-driven and target-oriented approach

Preferred: Candidates interested in architecture, interiors, exhibitions, experiential design, events, real estate or creative industries.
