Business Development Manager (BDM) - Cake Shop Franchise

• Identify and develop new franchise opportunities for the cake shop brand across targeted markets and locations.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and business development activities.
• Connect with prospective franchise partners, understand their requirements, and present the franchise business model effectively.
• Conduct site visits and evaluate potential locations based on market potential, visibility, accessibility, and commercial viability.
• Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation and negotiations to agreement closure and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, investors, property owners, and business associates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for franchise setup, store launch, branding, operations, training, and other requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, financial projections, presentations, and franchise-related reports for prospective partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition and business development targets as assigned by management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new expansion opportunities and support the overall growth of the franchise network.
