We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead branch business growth, achieve targets, supervise the sales team and advisors, develop customer relationships, and ensure proper reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly business targets
• Lead and motivate branch business teams
• Develop FD, MIS, RD, DDS and savings business
• Recruit and activate productive advisors
• Conduct branch visits and performance reviews
• Ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance

Preferred Candidate

• Graduate with experience in banking, Nidhi, NBFC, insurance or financial services
• Strong leadership, communication and field-sales skills
• Willing to travel across assigned locations

Salary: Attractive salary plus performance incentives
Locations: Papanasam | Kumbakonam | Mayiladuthurai
