What they need
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing, nurturing, and expanding strategic B2B networks (Real Estate Agencies, Independent Brokers, and Property Developers) to secure a consistent stream of mortgage referrals.
Mandatory Requirements:
-Must have prior background or experience working in Real Estate or Finance.
-Minimum of 3 years of local experience within UAE.
